People were out yelling and partying on the Banff Ave until 1am (thus the ear plugs provided by the hotel left in your room). Next time we stay we will request a room on the parking lot side. We lreally liked our stay, minus noise at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"Wish I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel is being renovated, and there is road construction in front of and around the hotel. You can barely access the parking garage, the street in front is closed, and we paid extra for a mountain view and got a view of a construction pit with mountains in the background. "The facility and amenities are dated. There was no actual swimming pool but the outdoor hot tub was a nice feature. Matress was hard as a rock and there was limited house keeping while we were staying there. Friendly staff and wood was already cut and stored away in the parkade. The room we had was cozy, I just wish they vacuumed since we had a messy toddler with us. "
