"This property was really convenient to everything in downtown Banff. We walked to coffee, dinners, the river, etc. The breakfast is offered for a good amount of time in the morning and has a lot of options. The staff is kind and helpful. "

"The staff was helpful, the property was beautiful, and relaxing in the gorgeous hot tub at the end of the night was divine. We also loved the ease of walking where we wanted to go, and easily hopping on the bus when our arms were full and our feet were tired. I would choose this place again in a heartbeat! "

"New property, nicely appointed. Staff are happy. The mountain view is spectacular and worth it. Gym is in the adjacent, sister property. Part of the hot pool and one of the elevators was shut down for maintenance but otherwise, a total positive recommendation. "

"Very good motel. It seemed like it may have been recently refurbished. It is not self service check in but you check in at the sister hotel just across the road which was efficient and easy. Friendly staff. You can also use the facilities at the sister hotel. Bus stop right outside if you don't want the walk in town. Very pleasant and easy stay."

"Nice and friendly staff, parking underneath was a bonus. Restaurant at Farm and Fire had a great breakfast. bathroom counter was small and limited on power outlets were our only concerns. "

"Conveniently located, nice facilities. Indoor hot tub was great after a day of hiking and biking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that was very helpful with facilitating travel, park passes, etc. Highly recommended!"
