Overall a good stay. Some of the front of house staff weren’t super friendly, others were great! It almost seemed as though they were annoyed that we were staying there. Pool facilities were fantastic though. Would definitely stay again just for the pool. The entire family enjoyed it.
The bathrooms are tiny and I am a small person. I’m sure the larger rooms, may have bigger bathrooms but I could barely get in without hitting the shower door, I’m 5’1 and petite. Even my kiddos found it tiny.
The bar area didn’t have any overhead lighting, which could have been useful in the evening. A table or a desk in the room would have also been a nice touch. This would allow a place for a laptop or to dine in. Again, the larger suites seem to have this. Other standard rooms at other establishments have had at least one or the other. There were also no hooks or a hand towel rail to place a hand towel for drying at the sink area. Just a few of these little touches would have been nice. Overall the design is good and the beds are comfortable.
Underground parking is quite low. They also do not have EV chargers. But there was enough parking that we found a spot. Oversized vehicles had to park outside.
