Charming and quiet private villa on large property with pool, sauna and gym

This elegantly restored traditional Mallorcan country home sits on a large secluded private property with olive trees and fruiit trees in the sprawling country side, far from roads or other houses, offering complete privacy. There is a 600m long dirt road leading from the main road to the house, guaranteeing complete privacy.

Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the six comfortable bedrooms, all with countryside views. There are three buildings next to eachother. The main house has a large living-room, a dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen and 5 double bedrooms with 4 complete bathrooms. The guest house has a large living-room, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

We offer a discount price in low season for groups of up to 10 guests without access to the guest house. Groups that need access to the guest house must book for 12 guests to obtain the correct price, even if they're fewer.

On the large covered terrace there is garden furniture, including a large dining table. On the back terrace, there is another dining area as well as a wood oven / barbecue.

The sauna and gym are in a separate building close to the house.

The villa sits on an expansive plot of over 3 hectares with olive, almond and citrus trees dotted throughout.

The swimming pool is flanked by sun loungers, perfect for warmer days, and a pergola covers the outdoor lounge and dining area, providing the perfect place to enjoy al fresco feasts and barbecues.

The villa has central heating in winter, which few houses in Mallorca offer.

Wir durften über Ostern 10 wundervolle Tage in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus auf Mallorca verbringen – mit drei Generationen, insgesamt 9 Personen. Schon bei der Ankunft, als wir durch das Tor fuhren, begann für uns der Urlaub. Das Haus im mallorquinischen Stil hat uns sofort begeistert: stilvoll, großzügig und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und Luxus perfekt vereint.Der Pool war ein Highlight für alle – ob morgens zum Erfrischen oder nach Ausflügen zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen: Die große, gut ausgestattete Küche lud zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein, und auch der Grillplatz sowie der außergewöhnliche Pizzaofen wurden von uns gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. An anderen Abenden genossen wir die hervorragenden Restaurants in der Umgebung – die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl kulinarisch als auch landschaftlich viel zu erleben.Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Zitronen- und Orangenbäume auf dem Grundstück – frischer kann man Vitamine kaum genießen!Unsere Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt – das gibt ein zusätzlich gutes Gefühl, besonders in einer so großen Gruppe.Wir haben uns alle, von Jung bis Alt, rundum wohlgefühlt und sind uns einig: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

We stayed for a week as a family holiday, three generations. The house was amazing, really homely but with all the mod cons we needed. The location is a rare find ... we know the island very well and love it and to be so secluded was a real treat. Thought has gone into setting up eating/sitting areas so you can follow the sun or avoid it if it's really hot. We would love to return.

Es war perfekt. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für jeden, viel Raum für Gemeinsames, unendlich viel Platz für die Kinder, die gefahrlos herumrennen konnten, viel Spass am Pool hatten und sich auch sehr fpr Flora und Fauna interresiert haben

Great stay at a spacious old style country house. With an good equipped kitchen and a large garden with a swimming pool it is easy to relax. The chickens and the rooster say hello and walk by. Great place if you like to relax and spend time with your friends/family.

Our large family had a great time in the rustic and charming house just outside Felanitz. It worked very well for us, 7 adults, 5 children and a small dog. Nice garden with a pool maid the stay even better. Possible the pool needs some upgrading. The house is very rural and idyllic. The acessroad of about 500 m needs careful drivning. We enyojed the stay very much. Family Nord

This property is t worth booking. The location is completely deserted that it doesn’t even have an address. The host provides coordinates which is very difficult to share with others as not all travelers have internet service. The dirt road leading to the property is very rocky and caused a flat tire to one of our cars which was then a nightmare to call for help as there’s no appropriate address. The AC is on a timer so when it’s very hot during the daytime it’s not operable and only operable during night time when it’s not needed. We complained to the host and it was taken care of within 2 days. During the time of absence of the AC the host patronized and replied to use the Mediterranean way of cooling a house. Which is according to host to wake up early open all the windows and close again by 10am to keep the cool temperature. This is unacceptable and unheard of. Why would we wake up early on vacation? Just make sure your AC works properly as advertised onVRBO. The showers were nasty and we showered with slippers. The curtains were moldy and dirty. We recommend to find a clean place with a better host with a more professional approach

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Finca ist einfach hat aber alles was man benötigt. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet man findet alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und gepflegt. Check in Übergabe war problemlos per WhatsApp . Finca ist sehr abgelegen und die Straße holprig und nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Dafür ist sie wirklich sehr weitläufig und geräumig. Mit tollen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

We came to Mallorca to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for a small gathering of family and friends to celebrate with us. Our granddaughters loved the pool and outdoor area, especially when the wild chickens would fly into the trees at night. This was a perfect location for a family get-away and a relaxing vacation.

Sehr schönes Landhaus, sehr einsam mit toll viel Platz, ideal für Familien. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser usw. ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig die Zufahrt (ca. 700m) hat es in sich, da sehr schlecht. Strände sind in ca. 30-45 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

een apart huisje, vast aan het grote huis voor een paar dat apart van het huis wil slapen. heerlijke plekjes rond het huis om je af te zonderen, maar ook een fijne grote tafel buiten onder de veranda met grote bbq. Het zwembad is top: zoutig water i.p.v. chloor. met fijne bedjes erom heen. de keuken is goed uitgerust met van alles meer dan genoeg. Het huis ligt midden op het platteland: je moet met de auto naar het dorpje Felanitx of Porreres. Het is heerlijk stil, de sterrennacht is prachtig, het terrein is heel groot.

Wir waren 10 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern zwischen 0 und 2 Jahren. Es war genug Platz um sich auch in den Kleinfamilien zurück zu ziehen und andererseits wunderschöne Gemeinschaftsflöchen. Die Kommunikation lieg super schnell. Gerne wieder!

Alles bestens, insbesondere Ausstattung. Ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen, gerade im Aussenbereich viele „Ausweichmöglichkeiten“. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck, sogar scharfe Messer! Einziges Manko: keine Klimaanlage. Im Hochsommer problematisch. W-LAN im Aussenbereich teilweise schwach.

We were four couples with four children between us. The house is very large and accommodated all 12 of us without any problem. The wifi in the house is adequate for most things, although not ideal for Zoom (we used that as a reason to avoid having to do any work meetings!) We enjoyed eating our meals on the huge outside table on the covered porch. The upstairs got a bit hot during our stay, but it was 35C outside so that's expected; there were fans to help cool off at night, and apart from the distant crowing of roosters and some night birds there was no noise of any kind to disturb our sleep. The salt-water swimming pool is small but perfect for the children,. The trampoline is not in great shape (missing some springs) so we didn't let our kids use it. Apart from that, and the rather uncomfortable bed in the annex, everything else was in excellent order, especially the kitchen which is equipped with everything one could need to feed a small army. The location is very secluded, but within easy driving distance of several beautiful calas for swimming, as well as the castle overlooking Felanitx, wineries, good restaurants in Porreres, etc. The owner responded to all our queries very quickly. Overall, it was splendid.

Man erreicht die Finca über einen recht hubbeligen Weg (Achtung: Schildkröten!), die Einfahrt ist von Bäumen gesäumt und dann sieht man auch schon das Haus. Malerisch umgeben von alten Wirtschaftsgebäuden, Mauern, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen und einer stattlichen Palme. Das Haus hat einen praktischen Nebeneingang zum Hauswirtschaftsraum mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, sowie Waschmaschine. Die angrenzende Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts, Geschirr ist sehr reichlich vorhanden. Das große Esszimmer und auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer haben wir überhaupt nicht genutzt, denn das Wetter war auch abends/nachts noch so schön warm, dass wir uns nur draußen aufgehalten haben. Im überdachten Zwischenbereich zwischen Haus und Anbau gibt es einen Tisch für 10 Personen, den wir sowohl für Frühstück als auch Abendessen genutzt haben. Der Grill ist ebenfalls für eine größere Personenzahl geeignet. Zusätzlich zu den 2 Sonnenschirmen gibt es in Poolnähe mehrere Bäume, so dass man dort gut im Schatten sein konnte. Der Pool wurde einmal pro Woche gereinigt, Käscher und Besen z.B. für die Blüten des traumhaften gelben Jacarandabaumes liegen aber zur Benutzung bereit. Die Schlafräume sind ebenfalls geräumig, mit ausreichend Schränken. Einziges Manko während unseres Aufenthalts war die große Hitze, die dann leider auch das Schlafen in den oberen Schlafzimmern erschwerte. Es gibt Standlüfter, die aber nicht wirklich kühlen. Allerdings hatten wir auch eine Woche mit hohen Temperaturen, auch nachts, erwischt. Geweckt wird man dann vom Kikerikie der Hähne der Umgebung und auch am Tage laufen ein paar Hühner mit scheuem Abstand aber sehr gemütlich auf dem Grundstück herum. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Wasserrohr in der Küche, das nach einem Anruf bei der Vermieterin noch am gleichen Tag behoben wurde. Wenige Autominuten entfernt erreicht man die Städte Felanitx oder Porreres, wo man gut einkaufen kann. Der Sonntags-Markt in Felanitx hat uns auch gut gefallen. Insgesamt waren es traumhafte 10 Tage dort, wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für 4 Wochen auf diesem tollen Anwesen. Die Finca ist optimal für Urlaub mit Freunden, Familie oder gemischt. Es gibt mehrere Plätze, sodaß man sich gut zurückziehen kann. Die Tiergeräusche nachts, meist Vögel haben uns sehr fasziniert. Das Meer mit den Stränden Es trenc und Sa Rapita sind in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der frisch gepresste Orangensaft von den eigenen Orangenbäumen war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Immer wieder gerne.
