"Staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. We were looking for a cheap stay for a weekend in Manchester. We booked a windowless room… and the heating/cooling had broken. Upon request staff inspected it and offered us a room with windows, but we had to pay the difference. Seemed unnecessary that we had to pay to switch rooms when it was the hotel’s air conditioning that was broken. Also there were European plugs that obviously we were not prepared for (we were expecting the UK power...
