"This place is beautiful. They put a lot of thought into all the details. A true boutique feel. I would absolutely stay again. It is walking distance to King’s Cross Station and the surrounding area is delightful. The only reason I docked it a star is due to the check in process. "Our stay at Clevelend Residences was very pleasant. Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. We are definitrly coming back! Jane"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"First of all communication and organisation was outstanding, cleanliness was also top drawer, however, even advertised as a Compact Room, it was too small for my wife and I, in fact it was/is the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re both in our 70s. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...
