"Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management."

"Traumhaftes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht ( 43 Stock ). Pool zwar ohne Ausblick, aber schön gestaltet. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Praktisch auch jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung mit auffüllung der Minibar. Allgemein ist das Hotel ein Hammer mit guter Lage. Eventuell das Frühstücksbuffet könnte verbessert werden. Aber ich/wir können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen."

Breakfast in the lounge was lovely. Evening drinks and canopies in lounge were really good. Pool area was gorgeous we would definitely return to this hotel "
