"We had another amazing stay. The kids had a blast playing outside and paddleboarding on the lake. We got so lucky with the weather. Such a one-of-a-kind property, and equipped with everything a family needs to have a comfortable stay. Thank you!!!"

"Large, very family friendly accomodations. We arrived on a very hot day and the air conditioners and fans were going full blast and it was so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The host left coffee and bottled water for us, which was appreciated. It is quite dated but for us that was part of the charm. We enjoyed the game room and board games."

"Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail made this property extra attractive to me. Close to Jeffersonville for any immediate needs. Beautiful, quiet property, cozy cabin, and a wonderful host. Dianne was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond to help make my time extra comfortable. This is a really excellent option for anyone looking to explore the LVRT or just get some quiet relaxation time. I got both and would be happy...

"This multi level accommodation was great for our family, however, not suitable for those who have limited mobility. My 90 year old grandmother was limited to her basement room as the steep stairs to the mid level living room was too much for her. Great for a small young family. "

"A 4 day stop from NH TO NYS. Never did a loft before. Very comfy Host very ready to show us features."

"Super clean, adjacent to resort sports courts, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a quiet and relaxing long weekend. House was clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again."

"Lovely modern tiny house tucked close to a pristine river, not far from lots of scenic hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We stayed a week and loved it."

"Everything was excellent! The cottage was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Linda was a great host. Informative and friendly without being intrusive. The location was great! Beautiful scenery, lots of places to walk, get food and sights to see.I can’t wait to come back!"

"Had a great vacation at this location and highly recommend. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of Mt Mansfield. Parking is conveniently located a short walk from the room and the hotel has everything you could possibly need. Great place for a family vacation with lots to do. We were there over 4th of July weekend and the hotel was at capacity but still never felt overly crowded. Restaurants were all excellent and we never needed reservations.
