  • Apartment attached to a 200 year old farmhouse with views of the river, gardens, and our sweet farm animals. Only 20 minutes to Burlington and close to ski areas and bike paths. Porch on front and back with comfy seating area. We offer a grill, fire pit, and an outdoor pizza oven. Private access to the river for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Private yoga classes available on the docks or in the gardens. If you are looking for comfort and tranquility this is the property for you.

Chad was a wonderful host! Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. He even made homemade dog treats for our little pup. The apartment was a quiant little spot just outside Burlington and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Couldn’t reccomend more!

Great property, very clean!

The space is great, lots of room to relax through the open dining area, living room, and kitchen. Great light and a view of the goats out back. Very neat, bathroom had been cleaned. Easy check in and parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming old farmhouse right on the river. The place was cozy, personable, and full of rustic charm, with the quiet country setting making it easy to relax and unwind. Our host, Chad, was friendly and accommodating—we enjoyed seeing him each morning. The location was convenient too, with groceries less than 10 minutes away. The kitchen had the basics, and I even learned how to make coffee with a French press (highly recommend future guests give it a try!). A wonderful country escape that we’d happily return to.

Charming Stay

The farmhouse was just as cozy and inviting as pictured. It’s rustic charm, open layout, and beautiful natural surroundings make the space feel warm. Hannaford nearby for groceries, 20 mins to downtown Burlington, and plenty of snow activities in the area. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We enjoyed our weekend getaway here.

Great find close to skiing and Burlington

This apartment was a great find close to both skiing and Burlington. Cute farmhouse decor, clean, and bright sunny windows to watch nature outside. Host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Dog friendly stay which is always a plus. Will be back!

What a charming place! Very peaceful and very clean. Jessica was very accommodating to our early check in since we were on our way to a wedding the same day. Very comfortable bed and very cute layout. We definitely recommend!

Birds and easy drive to uvm

Super comfy bed!! Great birdwatching!!! Lovely hosts!! Nice size, wonderful sunroom dining area, or sitting in rocking chairs on front porch watching the birds at feeders, just very peaceful. And easy drive to/from UVM albeit 20 minutes.

Property was very clean and well appointed. Loved the small details (plenty of paper products, starter of coffee, toiletries, etc.). The bed was comfortable. Only negative was that it was warm. The sole A/C was a window unit in the bedroom, so the living area was quite hot. We were there during a heat wave in August, so this may not be a typical issue.

Clean farmhouse retreat

This property is clean and cozy. The farm animals are a nice addition. The host has all things you need and more. Loved the fresh flowers and spices. Brought our dog as well and plenty of space to walk him. We will be back!

Best Vacation Home Ever!

We loved staying at Jessica and Chads home so much! They were wonderful hosts who were so friendly and welcoming. My toddler was obsessed with the goats, ducks and chickens and we spent many hours in the back petting them and enjoying the wonderful property. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was by far our favorite vacation home we have ever rented!

Vacation in Vermont

Our stay with Jessica was wonderful & greeted us upon our arrival. She even had fresh cut flowers that brighten up the apartment. She also has a mini farm & enjoyed petting the animals. It brought memories back from my childhood. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with easy access to surrounding attractions

We had a wonderful experience at this farmhouse location with easy access to mutiple surrounding attractions. Jessica greeted us with a smile upon arrival. She and her husband, Chad proved to be a most pleasant and accommodating couple. The rental was dutch clean, and there was plenty of amenities on site. The bed was quite comfortable and the property was quiet. We recommend this rental for anyone interested in visiting the area.

Our second stay

We were happy to be able to book Jessica’s place again because we had stayed there before. It is much roomier than having to stay in a hotel room. Quiet but close to Burlington and the islands. Restful area with their goats and chickens. Scenic with a river across the street. Jessica was a great host. We plan to book again.
