"We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Spoke to reception the following morning and were moved immediately. Next room was more like what we were expecting. Mattress still uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, duvet & pillows were the same as other room. Shower head wasn't working properly, spoke to reception and to be fair she had it changed whilst we were out getting breakfast."

"The hotel was very tired and could do with a renovation, mattresses were very old and not the most comfortable.
Plenty of parking however people parking in disabled bays without a blue badge.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel, and suited our needs."

"The location was excellent and the price made it a very reasonable option. The room was clean, and although I did have to change rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit, this was handled without disrupting my sleep or overall stay too much.
Parking was straightforward once I realised you need to drive right up to the shutters to access the intercom for entry.
That said, the hotel does feel a little tired in places. The carpets in the rooms could do with updating, and unfortunately I had...
