"We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5."

"This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby. There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. "

"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...
