"Echt een heerlijk en groot appartement. Veel ruimte en midden in centrum. Toen we aankwamen kregen we een kaart zodat we ons nog even konden omkleden/opfrissen bij de sportzaal. Supermarkt Carrefour om de hoek, ook fijn om je koelkast en vriezer te vullen!"

"Very welcoming reception, very accommodating - twice we left our keys locked in the apartment and the gentlemen at the reception were helpful. Very safe; most conveniently located. Don’t miss breakfast at La Dolce Vita. Most comfortable beds - my back pain was no where to be felt. Very clean."

"Great location. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable. The apt. was 2 stories and allowed us some privacy and separation. Very nice bathrooms. This was a great place to stay and highly recommend it."

"Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good."

"Property was great but we forget my daughter apple charger in the room and when we ask we were told they did not find it. This was the only down of the place since they did not take responsibility and no one except the hotel had access to our room."

"It is a good property located in the heart of Madrid. Very clean, newly renovated. The only thing missing was a coffeemaker and tea kettle, but we were able to get it upon request. Very attentive staff."

"The only problem was the underground parking, it took a lot of effort to enter and exit the extremely narrow ramps, but I think that is very common in Spain and not specific to this hotel, other than than, it was a very pleasant experience. "

"The apartment is lovely. Very spacious, charming, comfortable and in perfect state. We loved the balcony overlooking the street, and how lovely the neighbourhood was. The location is fantastic. We were just very unlucky, because there were issues with the hot water. On the first day, there wasn't any, and the rest of the time, we only got lukewarm water in the shower.
