"The reception staff, he was male I think his name was Pablo could just be a bit more friendly. He did not make eye contact once. It’s those little things that count. The information were needed was provided but absolutely no Pleasantries at all!!"

"Fittings and fixtures were tired and felt a little cheap. For example the curtains had holes in them and there were multiple cracks and chips in the bathroom tiles. There was quite a lot of dirt under the fridge. The bed was squeaky and not very comfortable and the toiletries felt very low quality."

"The hotel is generally very good, except not close to the city centre for tourists, though metro is nearby. Also, at the main entrance, we did not see any clear sign that there is a street-level entry (for anyone does not want to climb the many stairs). We actually carried two 20kg luggages up the stairs when checking in. We noticed the side entance later on during the stay."
