I arrived at this hotel in Madrid at around 10:00 PM after a long and exhausting day attending a seminar. I was extremely tired when I finally entered the room, unpacked our luggage, and prepared to rest.
Unfortunately, when I went to use the bathroom, I discovered that there were no basic toiletries at all — no shampoo, no soap, nothing. This was unacceptable for a hotel room, especially late at night.
To make matters worse, the toilet was broken and leaking water, creating both discomfort and hygiene concerns. On top of that, the heating system was not working, leaving the room cold and unpleasant.
After repeated complaints, around 11:00 PM a staff member finally came upstairs and offered to change our room. However, by that time we had already unpacked all our belongings, and my family — including tired members who were already resting — could not reasonably move rooms in the middle of the night.
This experience showed a serious lack of preparation, maintenance, and consideration for guests. Arriving late at night and facing multiple basic failures at once is simply unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence of the issues mentioned above.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or business travelers who expect basic comfort and functionality.
