"The location was great for getting into downtown Edinburgh by bus. Very Easy pick up and drop off out front. Parking can be an issue. Limited space on property but then you can pay to park in zoo parking lot, or keep moving your car as spots open up. Inquire more for parking. Also please be aware there are no wash cloths in Scotland or Ireland. Not even at a Holiday Inn. We went and bought one at a beauty/pharmacy store."

"The rooms was spotless, its a very old building but modern and decorated beautifully, the bathroom was so clean and the shower was nice and powerful. The man was really friendly and the building its self is just amazing, all 5 of us (3 kids ) were impressed. The beds are the comfiest weve ever slept on. 100% would recommend this place . "The rooms are spotless, but the corridor from the elevator to the rooms has an extremely unpleasant smell and suffocating - no ventilation making it stuffy. Extremely modern and nicest ever place - Kitchen was missing kitchen towels and wash cloth etc. Family friendly Safe and lots of shops nearby - grocery store and a cinema , shopping mall at an arm length"

"The apartment is located at a convenient location which we liked. However since there’s no AC, we had to keep the windows open all the time which makes it noisy at night on some nights. The front desk staff could use some more training - the main reason I didn’t like this place as much. We were reminded 3 times to only ask for things in the morning as the cleaning people leave at 4 pm daily.
