"Loved the staff friendly welcoming and helpful. Loooovvved the bed soooo comfortable. The room was warm despite the temp outside being below 8 degrees so didn't need the air con at all. I could have stayed under the shower's hot, hot, I mean HOT water but am conscious of saving water not wasting it. Being just off a main road it gave easy access to where I needed to go. "I stayed at Quest Newcastle yesterday with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great place for families!"

"The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our whole stay from check in to breakfast to check out. Rooms were abit dated and could do with some brighter paint and better lighting as the room was very dark. I remember them being the same 10 years ago but otherwise beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. "

"We had such a beautiful stay here and have already recommended it to everyone we know. The spa/pool was a dream and everything was so peaceful. The restaurant was delicious aswell. The only 2 baby flaws I had was that there was some rubbish by the spa on our first day and it was still there the following morning (it had just blown down a bit). It was only like a wrapper or something plastic but rubbish in general grosses me out. The other was that the big outdoor fireplace wasn’t put on and we...

"Great loacation. Accommodation above two gorgeous levels of bars. Clean, tidy and have everything you need for over night stay. Cute balcony with the room. Staff were very professional and gave lots of recommendations for the Grand food and drinks. "

"Property was in a great location and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom however wasn’t very clean. Still had hair everywhere, toilet was dirty and bathtub was not scrubbed either. There were also a lot of dead insects on the ceiling near the door."

"ゆっくりできるホテルです。部屋も綺麗で、外の景色もいいです。ロッジタイプのホテルです。（1棟に2部屋）近くはないのですが、歩いて行ける距離にワイナリーがありますが、17時に閉まるところが多かったので、ワイナリー行かれる方は早めのチェックインがいいと思います。（お店に送迎がある場合があります）もしくはワインと食材を買って、ホテルの外にテーブルとイスがありますので、涼しい時期がお勧めですが、寒くても蚊がいますので、虫除け液が持参をお勧めします。あとシドニー、メルボルン市街より近くのワイナリーのワインは安いので、　まだ旅行日程がある方は買いだめもお勧めします。ちなみにここのホテルには夜食、ワイナリーはありません。私は遅く着いたので、部屋の外で買ってきた物を食べました。ちょっと辺境なので、レンタカーがおすすめです。道中のドライブも景色がいいです。"
