"The worst booking I've ever made.The host never provided the check in information to me or VRBO. A day before check in she told VRBO she provided the info and had not. So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. "It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which...

"This apartment has enough room for a small group, but will us to share one bathroom. It's close enough to walk to Times Square and Broadway, but far enough so that it's not as noisy. Overall good spot. I would recommend. "

"This rental was better than expected. It was relatively centralized to everything restaurants, city activities, NYC, and of course the American Dream! The only small issue was parking but it wasn’t too bad! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from again!"

"Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!"

"Location was convenient to subway stations, Times Square, etc, and the apartment had more than what we needed for a few nights getaway. I would stay here again. Very good communication from the property manager! Much appreciated timely responses and early baggage drop off. "
