While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect yourself.

Nice clean accomadations with everything you need for your stay. Walking in to a fresh smelling apartment that was open and clean was lovely. Communication with host was excellent.When we needed something to be addressed, they were readily available and dealt with it in a timely fashion.Very much enjoyed are stay.

Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better,

Convenient location, lots of natural light and spacious

Loved being above the trees but not too high up . Full corner windows made for nice light snd open feel. Management was super responsive to questions and any requests . Building was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful . Bed in master was comfy and we loved having control of temperature.

Nice apartment in E Orange, NJ

The hosts for this 2 BR apartment were great and exceptionally helpful as we had several technical difficulties (with the app and then the property itself). Second bedroom is small and has no window so sleeping more than 3 in this unit would be a challenge (unless someone sleeps on the couch or floor) but the rest of the unit is very spacious and comfortable! Beds were comfortable and the unit is very nicely decorated. The guest robes are a nice touch!
