"Clean room! Extremely friendly staff! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was challenging after 9:00pm. but there was another lot connected to the parking lot that we were able to park in. "

"The hotel is in a great locations, plenty of parking and room and breakfast were really good. The only complaint is the there was only 1 working elevator. It caused a long delay getting to and leaving the our room"

"Pool was not filled. Bed had yellow stains on the sheets and cover. Mattress was a spring mattress that was sinking in the middle with the spring coming out in spot. Didn’t even unpack, left and booked another hotel"

"My daughter and i drove down for the week and loved staying at the margaritaville. We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well as visiting the island. We will definitely be coming back!!! "

"Dirty bed linens on both beds, the guy working the desk didn't know how to unlock the computer, so he oddly didn't take my card for incidentals. Said he would call the room later when he could get in, but never did during the entire stay."

"They say its being renovated the last 2 years ive ive stayed. It still just looks rundown. Stayed there 3 years ago and it was excellent. Dont know if they sold out to someone but my every stay since has looked worse and worse. I like there pool stayes open 24 7 and there breakfast bar is great. My room floor was dirty. Checked in at 7 pm and the complimentary coffee station was all cold. Would i stay again. Yes . I deal with the other things for the amenities. "

"The property was in a perfect location next to a little stream. The property was not very clean and a lot of walls and furniture was nicked up. The front desk employees were amazing. The employees at the restaurant were lacking both nights we ate there they told us about the happy hour specials and then they charged us full price both times the first time I left it alone. The second time I requested the refund."

"The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes...

"When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was at almost 80 degrees. As the evening progressed, the property did not cool off so we called the property management company. A maintenance person came out and told us the AC unit was frozen so we would have to turn it off and back on at 10pm. When we questioned what we needed to do if it didn’t cool at 10pm what were we supposed to do, we were told to turn it off again and continue to let it defrost.
