"Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked."

"The stay was well worth the price. The main bedroom has a whirlpool tub in the room, which is kind of weird but there is a shower so dont worry about that lol. If you never used that type of lock before for the main door, if you want to lock it from the outside when leaving to go out, push the button that looks like a logo to secure the door. this will save you the headache of trying to figure out how to do that."

"The property was cozy and had plenty of space. The owner was great to communicate with prior to and after our stay. Our 2 negatives about the property. First, there was a lightly sealed conjoining door that separated our unit from next door. (The door stood out as it didn't match the cabins decor or structure.) And our second night we could clearly hear our neighbors. Second, while we purposely wanted a cabin/mountain experience, they may want to add the property entrance to the description....

"The condo was beautifully decorated in a safe location . As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness ! From the balcony view you could see the parkway clearly . The biggest disappointment was we arrived in Tuesday - there was a sign in elevator saying pool closed June 15. Everyday we went to the pool. Still closed. Reached out got AI responses :( but trying to find information on pool - could not get an answer . Came to relax enjoy pool and find good eats . The inside pool chemicals...
