Cozy Cabin in an AMAZING location with a park like setting "Unlimited Parking"

  • Our tiny house is located in a secluded forest area with only a few neighbors in sight. Close to the town, only a 2 min walk from the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop and about a 1 min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We call our cottage the Cozy Cub, and as you can see from the pictures, it is a cozy little house. Perfect for up to 3 guests, but offers unlimited parking for your trailer, camper, truck or anything else you may be bringing with. Our house has a pull-out sofa bed on the main floor living-room area, and a queen size bed in the open upstairs bedroom area. Even-though our house is tiny, it has a full-size bathroom with a step-in shower, sink and toilette, and a full-size well-equipped kitchen. Even if you are tall, you will have no problems fitting in at Cozy Cub.

We definitely enjoyed the stay! It’s on a beautiful pice of land. Our pup loved being able to explore. Just make sure if you bring a dog to check them for ticks. We found a few on him after being outside. It feels secluded, but still close to the main strip. We saw several bunnies, turkeys, lightening bugs and a cat which made the experience all the better. The upstairs area would get a little warm, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. This would be perfect for young couple!

It was a great few days for us to get away from home. The cabin was great and the area was perfect and so quiet for us both. I loved being able to hear the steam engine from Dollywood that just made it perfect, I love steam engines.

This was a perfect little cabin. It had everything we needed. It’s in a secluded little area right around the corner from the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The communication with the host was excellent, also. We would definitely stay here again!

Great comfy stay that is a cozy get away right off the strip but also in a secluded private area. The Host is also super nice and helpful and is nearby if you have any problems.

Super cozy, not far out of our range of experiences, but also private little area. Had one problem and someone was sent immediately to fix it. Overall couldn’t have had a better stay.

Awesome place tucked away right off off the southside of the parkway. Excellent communication from the host and very easy to get in and out of. Perfect for 1 adult 2 kids or 2 adults 1 kid. Probably wouldnt recommend for anyone over 6'-6'2" as the clearance for the ceilings are low but again, awesome "tiny home" experienced in the always beautiful Smokey Mountains!

Cozy cabin

Clean cozy spot! Don’t overpack as it’s tight quarters- also the driveway is a gravel road. The perfect spot for a long weekend, close to everything but far enough away that you can’t see/hear the traffic/amusements.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I came with our little dog. Perfect location for us to be able to come back and check in on him. Small one bedroom perfect for our weekend getaway!!!

We had a great time! The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! Since we were traveling with our dog, it was nice to be away from the craziness of the main road. The only downside for us was the front door doesn’t open very wide, which overall really isn’t a huge deal, it just made it a little difficult to get in and out with our stuff. Overall, definitely would recommend!

Loved this cabin and the location.

The cabin was just as promised and more. The location was only four tenths of a mile from the parkway. We truly loved the cabin and the area. Our dogs loved the yard to roam in. Perfect.
