The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. I wanted to love our stay here, but unfortunately, the Arizona Grand Resort fell incredibly short of expectations.
The Food: Mediocre at best. Room service was expensive and they didn’t even get the drinks right, For a resort of this tier, we expected much higher quality, but the dining options were underwhelming and definitely didn't match the price point.

The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent quality and super comfy. I got great nights of sleep.

"The property has been open for less than 2 months and everything was new. The kitchenette was just perfect. The location of the property, albeit next to the freeway, was quiet and perfectly located just a few blocks away from entertainment and dining establishments. I will definitely stay there again. "I’ve stayed at a few Springhill suites. This one looked old and not super clean. Easy parking, Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. Bacon would have been nice. Just a thought and clean the carpet and buy some new mattresses. Tv in the bedroom part wasn’t working. WiFi was good. Location was good. Good staff. Hotel looks a little dated and not super clean."
