GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc.
Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position
TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others
Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge...

The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."
