"The hotel needs some updates. I was woke in the middle of the night with a loud noise from the bathroom. Ceiling started coming down with a leak. There was not hot water in the bathroom sink and the bathtub floor was broken, covered with a plastic cover. Very unstable. I was moved into another room, but I was by myself, no help from staff, no carts to move luggage. My children sleeping, and it was 1:00 am !!! My daughter had class in the morning. It was a nightmare"

"Great clean and spacious room! I was in a mobility assisted room, so everything was perfectly accustomed for someone in a wheelchair. Hanging your coats, taking a shower, lowly placed light switches. It was very much restful and beautiful. The staff, this one woman of color in particular, was soooooo kind and knowledgeable and approachable. She 1000% took her job and her appearance seriously. I liked her as far as check in. "The first room had a foul odor. The bathroom smelled like urine. I went down to the lobby afterwards and complained. The staff weren’t welcoming so I was a bit apprehensive of coming up and asking to have the room changed. The young man changed the room and informed me “I hope there’s no problems with this room because I have no more”. The 2nd room was a bit better however, there was hair in the bed, broken cover, and stains all over the carpet. "

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."

"I have an understanding that you get what you pay for but as hotels/motels goes this one was very disappointing. The only thing I can say the front desk staff was nice. The motel smelled bad, even for a smoking/non smoking motel. When we came in the room the floor was wet. Which we would make us happy thinking it was just mopped BUT the floors of the whole entire room ended up being sticky afterwards. Not very family friendly. My fault for thinking there would be a microwave and a fridge in the...
