"Pros: Good location, friendly staff, ADA room was actually accessible with good supports in the bathroom. Cons: Filthy. I don't think they vacuum ever, bathroom was disgusting and blanket had stains. Water pressure is terrible. Staff sits outside the front entrance on their phones, smoking cigarettes. "This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."
