"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

"Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. "Unfortunately there was a stain over the carpet and settee cushions. Stayed in room 203. The staff were very helpful. They worked well even tho Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic. Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power.
