"The property was beautiful and in a great location in wells. The resort is nearby the beach and shops. The room we stayed in lacked air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor had no a/c in the bedroom. There was a portable a/c in the bedroom upstairs that was as loud as a vacuum cleaner. For that reason I would not return for another stay unless there was another unit with central air. Otherwise the kids loved the pools and fire pits."

"This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects.
