"Convenient base for Golden Circle sightseeing. Last time we stayed we had a magnificent view of the river - which was amazing. This time it was the car park - not so nice. Hotel was busy with tour groups. We asked for vegetarian grab & go breakfasts & were given ham sandwiches! Didn’t realise until we were half way to the airport."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night prior to heading back to the airport. I would highly highly recommend both the town and the hotel for at least a day or two. I packed so much into the day including an early morning thermal hotspring hike (recommend!), lunch at the taco place in the hotel (yes you read that right - there is a dining hall with multiple choices like a really high quality mall food court), then an ice bike guided mountain bike (honestly a highlight for me - highly recommend),...

"Great place! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Nicely furnished. I definitely appreciated the washer and dryer! Excellent location for our first night along the Ring Road. Easy to walk to the black sand beach and to a great cafe and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was. I wish we could have stayed here longer, but our journey took us to other parts of the country. The rooms are spacious, comfy, quiet, and located on the most beautiful property with a waterfall, sheep, two dogs and a cat (who gave us a warm welcome and always came around for pets!). Room had a small kitchenette. We picked up some groceries on our way to check-in and were able to save some money by making breakfast and dinner each day....
