"The positives - we had an amazingly room looking towards the lake and got to see the Northern Lights!!! Welcome drinks on check in was a great surprise! The staff were exceptionally friendly as well. The negatives - the hallways were looking a bit shabby and I did not find the bed comfortable. When we went to the pool, there were no towels. Dinner was the biggest disappointment. which we found average and overpriced. The ribeye was tough and you had to pay extra for a side of greens or...

"We booked this location last minute and didn't see the check-in email about needing a mountain bus ticket, or an atv to get to the property, until the last bus had already left. The staff, office, and Expedia were very helpful and gave us a refund for our room. We would like to come back some day and experience the volcano huts properly."

"Spacious, comfortable room, modern amenities including Nespresso machine, very clean, very quiet (we were located in a top corner unit, didn’t hear a sound from any neighbors). The views are spectacular from the balcony and it’s away from the town so our stay was peaceful. No lift/elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage. Parking is just outside the building. Everything about this place was excellent. Thank you!"

"Washer/dryer combo was difficult to use. One load took forever to finish. Despite setting the dryer at a lower temp, the dryer got so so hot you almost burned your hands getting the clothes out."
