"The property owner never sent me an instruction email. When I connected them to get a code and key, they provided no information other than a code. The code didn’t work, the main building look abandoned. It was terrible and felt like a scam. I’m hoping Expedia can help me get a refund because the property owner appears to be irresponsible and unaccountable. Do NOT book here. Expedia should not list them!"

"For the quality of THE HOTEL this staff was flat and curt. Well we expected a level of cultural difference customer service we were very disappointed no friendly greeting, answered the questions as though we were bothering them. The bartender was helpful in an an obligatory way. The rooms were barren in a way that we had stayed more than one night it would have been awkward to have our clothes on one long shelf versus a cubby or drawer of any kind. We were just underwhelmed in comparison...

"Anna baked cookies and cake and they were warm and waiting in the office. She also brought fresh lettuce from her garden. We loved the hot tub. It’s a picturesque property, with a waterfall right behind."

"We got the room 3 which did not have any views. The room was small. The amenities were good and the kitchen had lots of options to use. Good to start early on the south coast."

"LOVED our stay. The hotel is an easy walk from the ferry. We did have a car and parking was available and free. The rooms were great and the breakfast buffet had lots of options from typical European breakfast to eggs & bacon. We didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant for dinner but it looked good! We will definitely make another trip here when we can. Worth the detour out from the mainland!"

"We stayed for one night during our Ring road trip. It was a convenient location and we had a good night sleep in the guesthouse. The only downside is the showers are extremely small and difficult for an adult to fit into. But the beds were comfortable and the common room upstairs was well equipped, so no major complaints for the price."

The rooms are very cozy, the bathroom is clean, and there are plenty of complimentary breakfast items. Just keep in mind that there’s no option to cook your own meals here."
