"Renovated room, with a lots of space and very comfy beds. Bathroom is small and construction work is currently ongoing."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. A bit too warm in the room and there is only a tiny window that is openable. The breakfast was very good with many options. Two things that were annoying: Hallways have wooden floors so it is a bit noisy when someone walks by the room. There is a tv but only two channels with very poor reception (rabbit ears on roof??). Otherwise all good, especially for the price."

"Nice big bed and room, nice property, breakfast was great as well! The restaurant was a bit expensive but that is standard in Iceland. Only downside of the room was minimal ventilation, so you have to open the windows during a shower or the whole room gets humid"

"Great Location on the south part of lake Myvatn. Not far from local stop for market, fuel, fish & chips approx. 20 mins. There is a restaurant on site and they brew there own beer. Food was good and the beer was too. (Be sure to try the Geyser Bread) Bar with seating area, pool table, darts, couches. Gift shop next door with bakery, coffee shop, hot soup,(try the lamb soup). Also a gas pump out front. Staff was great! Janna at front desk was a charm! She wore many hats helping out around the...

"Kleines Zimmer, aber alles sehr sauber Toller Blick auf den See Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Bad riecht etwas, ist aber wohl durch den Schwefelgeruch vom warmen Wasser normal in Island. Leider sehr kalt im Bad, da keine seperate Heizung vorhanden ist. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Gemeinschaftsküche, aber mit allem ausgesattet was man braucht. Eigene Fächer im Kühlschrank."

"Great hostel, perfect location, very clean with plenty of bathrooms (which we were concerned about after reading other reviews). Staffless check-in worked fine. Oh, and excellent free coffee! Only complaint is that the pod was too warm, with no way to control the temperature apart from a fairly ineffective fan. "
