"This is a gorgeous spot to stay. I loved the the hot tub, and our room was quite comfortable. There was limited options for dinner for us, as the vegetarian option wasn't available, but they were great to make something up for us. Would recommend this place. "

"Very nice and clean modern rooms. There is self check in and you don’t interact with any staff, which was fine. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was great with variable pressure and very warm. I appreciated they had a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV which was nice at the end of the day! There is a small fridge in the room but in the dining area, there is a large fridge and microwave for you to use. There’s even a hot tub. It was the best hotel we’ve stayed at...

"We arrived late (maybe around 11pm) and you check in at the restaurant downstairs on the first floor. We were told we were the last guests to arrive, but the hostess was very kind and luckily they had an elevator to our 4th floor room. The room was nice, modern, and the kitchenette even had an oven. After staying our previous 4 nights in small towns or remote rooms, it was fun to see a nightlife on a Saturday night in Akureyri, with lots of people still on the streets as we were checking in. ...

"I was surprised by how nice this property was. Our room even had a couch in it. The kitchen was well equipped. I wish we were able to stay more than one night!"

"Staying in a pod was such a unique experience. Pod walls are not soundproof, but cozy and have a TV for an ultimate movie watching experience. The full kitchen was super convenient and common areas and bathrooms were kept very clean. Parking in P1 and P2 is paid during the day and free past 4pm, which we only found out when we got there, but overnight parking was painless since P1 is super close to the hostel. "

"Overall it was a good, cheap stay for a night. It's not very far from all the restaurants and bars, but it is also at the top of a fairly large hill. The facilities were nice enough. Though the tv in my room was flickering. I'd recommend if you just need a place to stay for a night or two. "

So beautifully decorated and warm and homey. The breakfast was perfect. HOMEMADE BREAD! and so many other choices. A perfect Icelandic breakfast. We are so happy we stayed there two nights. By far this was the best place we stayed at in Iceland!"
