"I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends, nice and quiet rooms, aesthetically furnished space for breakfast, reception and lounge. I guess it’s been renewed not so long ago. Photos online doesn’t look that good as it is in reality. We enjoyed our stay. View from the window also was great (expect plastic bad with garbage haha), but well yes, all was good. "

"Overall it was a really nice place to stay. There was a bit of confusion when we first arrived about whether or not we were booked to stay there, and this slightly delayed our check-in. The general area is beautiful and everything in Húsavík is within easy walking distance. Our biggest complaint was that the curtains didn’t block out the light as well as other places we stayed, so it was harder to sleep. Apart from that minor issue it was very nice."
