"We loved this hostel! The concept of it was SO charming, we loved all the little cabins/trailers/wagons. We stayed here for the Harry Styles concert at Johan Cruyff Arena and were able to walk to/from the show, which was great. Aside from the proximity to the arena, there really isn't anything else near this hostel, like not even food. The facilities and staff of the hostel are wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are specifically looking to be close to the arena, or...

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."

Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, aber auf Fragen wie zum Beispiel nach einem Raucherbereich nicht vorbereitet, und es gab auch keine entsprechende Beschilderung. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, aber nicht ganz sauber. Da wir nur eine Zimmerkarte hatten, war es manchmal etwas unhandlich, da man für alles im Haus, wie z. "My initial Vrbo booking was cancelled 3 days in advance of my arrival. Not much to choose from but this place was available. Pluses - Quick easy communication with booking person. Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. Negatives - bedding in bunk bed room was NOT clean. crusty sheets - bleh. Plumbing issues - kitchen tap leaks as mentioned on other reviews. Shower leaks on floor. Upstairs...

"Overall good hotel however no AC in our room. Complained several times but no luck. Just the usual ‘someone will fix it’. Was very hot in the room. Also struggled to get room cleaned. Even booked via reception and still nobody turned up. Hotel is good 15-20mins train from the central station. Clean nice hotel otherwise"

"Lovely hotel and our second time visiting, the only thing we weren’t keen on was the new self check in service, it just felt quite impersonal! We preferred it when there was a proper reception. Other than that, more food options where reception is would be handy as there aren’t too many places local. Nice hotel but these are just personal preferences. Staff helpful when they were there."

"Wirklich sehr gutes hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereitem Personal und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Das einzig Negative war, dass eine Bettlampe in unserem Zimmer keine Glühbirne hatte und als ich probiert habe diese anzuschalten gab es einen Knall und der Strom unseres Zimmers war weg. Personal hat sofort geholfen und uns als Entschädigung ein Frühstück kostenlos geschenkt was sehr angenehm war. Trotzdem nächstes Mal sollte da bitte eine Glühbirne drin sein, damit sowas nicht passiert."

"We stayed in a 4 person family room and were so surprised it had a balcony view of the street. The staff was helpful, the rooms were well kept, and the location was great. Bathroom was much larger than other European hotels. Would definitely stay here again!"
