The gym was not really a gym but just a couple machines in the lobby. They also only provided a single pillow/blanket/towel which was not ideal."

"Room was clean, stark, utilitarian. The two giant pillows aren't exactly made for sleeping. There is WiFI, but its best signal is in the hallway, not in the rooms. My WiFi was very spotty, going in and out. The TV was not connected to the internet. Nice grocery store next door."

The night before I was told I needed to provide a better photo of my passport, which I did, and I received an email stating all was set. When I tried to enter I was told after many attempts that I needed to provide a photo of myself, which took much time. You had no problem taking my money in advance, but made it very difficult to enter the place while standing outside in the cold for a looong...
