"Had the best experience at the Platzl hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were truly accommodating and made our stay easy. Amenities were modern and comfortable. The location is central to all old town Munich landmarks, but also close to the rest of the city and the airport. It should be mentioned the breakfast buffet was incredible-wide variety of food and it was all delicious."

"Surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The room was a decent size; shower-over bath but it worked. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it.
