I booked this property only because of its avalability and location. If it worked out, there was potential for repeated bookings. Perhaps when the marina area is not closed, it would be worth the money? Simple things like not having mold on shower curtains, a deep clean on baseboards and rafters, providing more than one dishwasher tab, a second roll of paper...
