"We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views. The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us. "The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "Hotel is beautiful and clean. Draw backs are it’s too big a property. Going into town is a process navigating to the main hotel lobby. To access Uber you have to exit the main hotel area and wait in the sun. Returning from a graduation ceremony we got in too late to access the mercadito to get some water, we asked the front desk however we were told they did not have water for us and directed us to the gym to get water however without a receptacle we couldn’t get any."

"Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation.
