"This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD."

"We have stayed at a LOT of vacation rentals, and this is by far one of the best! This was like staying at home away from home. The refer was stocked with water and beer and all kinds of condiments and sauces. The spices and cooking supplies were awesome for preparing meals... And then there is the view! "My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely in San José del Cabo. The condo was large and the view and sunrises were stunning. A few things to note: 1) the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator (pack lightly!); 2) there is filtered water via the kitchen, so no need to worry about bottled water(s); 3) bring your own binoculars because there are migrating whales (mostly humpbacks) right off the beach in front of the condo!; 4) you can access Mama Mia's restaurant right down the beach...

"Best stay ever. Beautiful condo with ocean views from the deck, private pool, and steps from the beach. In the evening you can walk to the beach and have a cocktail on the private cushioned sitting area. The condo was completely outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We were provided with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Excellent beach restaurant, Maricos just a short walk away. Very relaxed. Thank you Casey. We will definitely return. "We stayed at this location for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were a party of 2 retired couples and having 2 master bedrooms with full ensuites were perfect. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfy and the linen were of good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this location."

"Girls weekend! Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. Bedding super comfortable. Gorgeous views. We saw lots of whales from the balcony. Peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe. Easy walk downtown. Johel was very friendly and responsive. Cons: driving is scary in SJDC. Walk if you can. Hot tub wasn’t very warm. No basic kitchen ingredients, but then again we didn’t order groceries as offered by Johel. The WiFi on the tv didn’t work."

"We had an amazing stay with our family! The unit is on the beach and we saw whales from the balcony and the hot tub. There is surfing right in front of the unit, which our family loved. The condo is very well appointed and we had everything that we could possibly need. The host was incredibly helpful with information about the area and things to do. A truly special place!"

"Very nicely arranged with 3 bedrooms one good size the other two good for kids / teens. Amazing terrace with a grill and view to the sea. The Pool is excellent but lacks shade and there are no umbrellas in the Pool area. The sea is amazing although a little rough for kids below 10 to swing because of the strong waves. There is a surf shop next door that provides lessons at a very decent price. Distance to the grocery stores is 5 min driving and 15 min to the best restaurants in the Cabo San...
