"Madge’s place was a wonderful spot in Winter Park! It was clean, convenient, and well equipped for dogs! The only thing to note is the home is occupied so we could hear footsteps and conversations happening upstairs but honestly not a big deal. The home is located in a really beautiful part of town and I would highly recommend a stay here!"

"Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees."

"This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

"Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!"

"The good - quiet and comfortable, location is great with plenty of parking. The bad: the signage on the property is pretty bad. No building numbers, no indications of where the stairs are, unit numbers are hard to read from a distance. It took way to much effort just to find the front door. The unit is decent and its clear that attention has been paid to updating it, it needs a little more work on the finishings like light switches and plates though. I also had really know idea how the heat...

"The condo was beautifully furnished and clean. The check in/out was easy and convenient. The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Definitely would stay here again."

"My only warning is on a floor level room in the summer be ready for quite a bit of noise from garbage trucks and the like all night long. Thursday nights seem to be the worst."
