"We were very happy with our stay. Everything was great. It is an easy and short drive to the lifts. I would recommend it. I would also recommend to the owner to label some of the locations of the lighting. There is a light switch under the counter that was difficult to find. You could also put in Lutron switches that would allow you to put remote switches anyway in the place."

"Great location in quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes from Vail. Very nice condo with plenty of space for nine women over a three day weekend. Functional and well-stocked kitchen that we were able to use to prep and store a brunch picnic. Full bath on each floor. Plenty of towels and shower essentials. Could use a body mirror on first floor. Half bath on second floor near the living room didn’t flush, so we didn’t use it. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t control the thermostat to...

"We stayed here for a ski gathering with friends and family. Although the condo is in need of some major updating, but the location helps overcome any shortcomings. The kitchen is well supplied for meal prep and service. The shuttle to and from the slopes is a plus. Most importantly, the customer service is superb. We left behind a boot bag and Gabriel went above and beyond to coordinate its return."

"The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

"This was our first Colorado ski trip but it will not be our last! The condo was clean and comfortable. My questions were answered promptly by the property manager and check in was a breeze. The resort had wonderful amenities and we all had a great time. Would recommend to anyone but the only thing I would warn is be prepared for the prices—Colorado was expensive!"

"The location and cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent. However, it was the hotel staff that made our stay wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful: from front desk, housekeeping, bell services and shuttle service. Will be returning to the Lionshead Lodge again for our next Vail trip."

"On property parking was great. Check in was fast. Room was as described, very much like a hotel room. Temperature on the 4th floor is warm so adjust the temp accordingly when you get there and turn on the ceiling fan. The lighting fixture above the table is coming loose and low so watch your head when sitting there. The 2 best features of this room are 1) you are right next to the Eagle Bahn gondola, literally. You pick up your skis the day before, the hotel stores them for you and have them...
