"We absolutely loved the pool area! And the staff were all very nice and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Mohammed Feasal working at Olives, he was awesome. Very kind, funny and provided perfect service. He made the stay there even better. I hope someone from the hotel reads this and gives him a nice bonus."

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."

Metto 3 stelle perché non è pensabile nel 2026 avere dei cuscini come quelli presenti in camera. Inutilizzabili. Altissimi, durissimi. Dormito malissimo e svegliato con mal di testa e mal di collo per due giorni. Se non fosse per questo, data la posizione e dove si trova avrei dato 4 stelle piene. Unica pecca (cuscini a parte): sono presenti diversi ristoranti...

"The hotel was very clean and well kept , no complaints there , room was kept clean and the staff were helpful I know it's the summer time so not many guests but I did not appreciate the guy who showed me where to sit in the restaurant stand there and watch me eat, I was the only person in the restaurant so it was very intimidating"

Piscina inutilizzabile , acqua ghiacciata. Buona la posizione vicina al centro e a 2 minuti a piedi per il tempio di luxor, di fronte all' attracco delle navi da crociera, e se avete la camera da quel lato il rumore è forte, insonorizzazione pessima.Discreta la colazione , è ossessiva la ricerca di mance da parte del personale...

"So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. "Chambre spacieuse et très très propre. Grande Piscine agréable, nous avons eu de la chance car nous l avions rien que pour nous! La vue sur la vallée est superbe surtout de nuit et lieu agréable en campagne loin du bruit. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner est servi en extérieur avec la chaleur et les mouches c est pas très agréable, une salle climatisée pour les repas serait un vrai plus. Je recommande cet hébergement les yeux fermés ++++"

The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well."

"We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend."
