"expect OK receptionist but all staff are rude and racist and don’t want to work. The way my mother was treated, absolutely unacceptable. What I mean by they don’t want to work. I was turned away from two separate restaurants on property claiming you needed a reservation when there was clearly open tables. I walked out and found a manger. She follows up with, “we’re not busy enough right now to need reservations”. Very unfortunate and comfy feel that I ever had to deal with that."

"This is a small hotel of the beaten track but on the hot air balloon route. The food choice is limited but tasty. The host was very accommodating and organised a trip after we left the hotel."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. The manager was there, to personally greet me and to ensure I had arrived safely. My luggage was taken directly to my room which was very clean and spacious. I had a beautiful view across the desert, watching the sun rise and set and seeing the hot air balloons was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and the staff were so friendly, kind and hospitable."

Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. I thought I chose a Nile view, but was surprised with the lack of a view and noise. They did stop the music at 10pm. That said, it's still one of the best hotels in the area and it was pretty."

"Clean room. Close to some tourist attractions. Since it's very hot in Luxor, some food items on their breakfast need to be refrigerated like yogurt, cheese, etc. to avoid spoilage. Just be careful of anything you eat to avoid stomach issues. Staff very helpful. Good hotel for those on budget."
