"expect OK receptionist but all staff are rude and racist and don’t want to work. The way my mother was treated, absolutely unacceptable. What I mean by they don’t want to work. I was turned away from two separate restaurants on property claiming you needed a reservation when there was clearly open tables. I walked out and found a manger. She follows up with, “we’re not busy enough right now to need reservations”. Very unfortunate and comfy feel that I ever had to deal with that."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. The manager was there, to personally greet me and to ensure I had arrived safely. My luggage was taken directly to my room which was very clean and spacious. I had a beautiful view across the desert, watching the sun rise and set and seeing the hot air balloons was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and the staff were so friendly, kind and hospitable."

"The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. "One thing I would strongly suggest to the hotel management is addressing the issue with the horse drawn buggies and the taxi drivers waiting outside the property. Unfortunately, having a gate is not enough when, the moment you step outside, they immediately approach you, pressure you, and aggressively try to force you to use their services instead of apps like inDrive. The hotel should work with the tourist police to remove these individuals from the street leading to the hotel entrance....

"Clean room. Close to some tourist attractions. Since it's very hot in Luxor, some food items on their breakfast need to be refrigerated like yogurt, cheese, etc. to avoid spoilage. Just be careful of anything you eat to avoid stomach issues. Staff very helpful. Good hotel for those on budget."
