"Very good remodel update. Comfortable room although small- they made good use of the space and upgraded the amenities to compensate. Very good. Also good common area amenities to add to the feel of the hotel- even if you don’t use them. We did!"

"We loved the location and views from our unit and were please to be upgraded to a loft room. We especially enjoyed the weekend when the gonodlas were running with the buzz of cyclists and hikers. We stayed for 6 nights and were able to easily drive to different points of interest throughout the week from Emerald Lake, the Natural Bridge, Banff, Bow Falls, Revelstoke, and a spectaular drive on the Icefields parkway to Bow lake and Peyto Lake!"

"This property was a great choice for us and with a beautiful view. It wasn’t in the town of Golden, but it was only a short convenient drive. The check in was quick and the staff member was pleasant & efficient. The room was impressive and very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. We checked out early in the morning before breakfast was ready, but the gentleman at the front desk offered us coffee and muffins to take with us. We will definitely be back for a stay at this hotel."

"The property was beautiful! The only thing that could be concerning for some is the noise from the highway but noise doesn’t bother me, I slept very well! They also provide ear plugs for those who need them. Would definitely stay here again!"

"As one of the only new hotels in Salmon Arm, I always make sure to stay here when im traveling through town. The front desk employee was friendly and efficient with the check in process. She was able to accommodate my request to be close to the elevator as a member of my party has mobility issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with the stay."

"Front desk lady was super helpful. Beds were comfy. One thing that was off putting was a little card from the person who cleaned the room saying we could now tip virtually....sorry what? If your charging over $300/night for me to shower and sleep nobody is gettung a tip."
