"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"Staff was friendly upon check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The room was renovated with a modern aesthetic and the furnishings are well thought out. The hotel appears to be going through some renovations but we were not interrupted in any way. Would suggest more cleaning around light switches and door handles. Also sound proofing doors as it did get a little noisy in the mornings. "

"The woman at the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog, and we also were allowed to check in early and check out late.
The hotel itself felt quite run down- electronics were shorting out the electricity, our door was warped, and the room we were in needed a paint job. But the beds were comfy and it’s in a central location for enjoying the area."
