"In the beautiful pictures online, you think you are outside on a lovely evening, but actually, that area is inside in an atrium. It is nice but the whole hotel smells like chlorine. We thought we were going to sit outside in that lovely area and have a glass of wine on a beautiful evening, nope no outside area at all. The hotel is old and it shows in the rooms."

One thing I would suggest in the rooms is having soft clothes toilet seats, more towel hooks on wall for hand towels and bath towels, and the smoking section to me moved to the far corner of the property away from everyone. I used the smoking bench but was uncomfortable as there were many people coming in and out of...

"Had a great stay for my sisters bachelorette, hotel was very accommodating in letting us check in early as our flight to Kelowna got in around 10am, we had access to 1 room right away so we could store our bags. They left a bottle of wine and card for my sister to congratulate her. And when we were leaving as we didn’t fly out until 5pm they let us store our bags at the front desk. Rooms were clean, pillows were great. Close to the park, beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Prestige...
