"The hotel was clean. How ever no coffee maker in rooms or the lobby. Only espresso maker. Had to leave hotel in the morning walk across the street to Tim Hortons very inconvenient no recycle bin in room no ice bucket in room. No do not disturb sign in room. Had to go ask for everything.."

"Rooms are starting to look run down from years past. Sand in the adult pool from a wind storm on Saturday was started to be cleaned on Sunday and then left. Wednesday and the pool was still dirty. Amenities used to include a pool table, air hockey table etc in the indoor pool area. All gone. Still charged $30/day for resort fee. Used to love this hotel but it needs some love. "The rooms are modern, clean, and feel brand new. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price point. A few key issues stood out: 1. Communication with hotel staff was often challenging. 2. Parking is extremely limited. If you arrive after 9 PM or leave and return later in the evening, finding a parking spot can be difficult or impossible. 3.
