"A beautiful Spa hotel with lovely amenties. The staff were so helpful. There were quite a few steps to negotiate in the Spa which was not good but, again, the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast did not live up to the rest. The bacon looked pale and very uninteresting full of white stuff! The whole cooked breakfast was quite cold. Continental breakfast was good and varied. Teapots and milk jugs would stop a lot of walking about! Dinner was really good."

"In the disabled room, room 7, the net curtain was badly torn, there were holes in the walls at the door. The grouting in the bathroom floor was dreadful and dirty. Mattresses were awful, lumpy, extremely uncomfortable and are only fit for the bin! Couldn't have a meal on the Saturday evening, only offered a toasted sandwich and it was only 6pm! The noise from people shouting and screaming went on until way after 11pm, both nights of our stay! Would not return here ever again! We have been...

"We only stayed one night here to break our journey south, but would be more than happy to stay here again. Lovely good sized room with air conditioning which was great as it was 35C. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the Jacobite restaurant which had a good selection of meals on offer. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning with plenty of choices available."
