"The hotel is in an excellent location with all the amenities and attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and efficient and we’re all willing to do that extra bit to make our stay worthwhile The hotel’s parking arrangements are excellent, especially for a hotel right in the city centre.The room itself was clean and spacious with everything you would expect. The food was excellent- nothing extraordinary - but very well cooked. "

"Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"

"Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue. Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and breakfast excellent for this type of accomodation. Little noise from the motorway and shops on the doorstep.Easy access for walking the dog, even during the night! "

"Overall, a lovely stay. Two quibbles: 1. Having to pay for parking at £17 per night when you're already paying £200+ for a room 2. The shape of the sinks in the room don't lend themselves to anything in them going down the plug hole e.g. spit, toothpaste and shaving detritus."

"Lovely location - next to the train station but easily walkable into the city centre. Clean rooms, lovely staff. Parking can be a bit tricky if you get there later in the day. Would stay here again for sure!"
