The bed was so uncomfortable, my girlfriend ended up in the middle of the bed and kept slipping down due to what we believe was a worn out matress. Her back and shoulder are still suffering due to the bed and we even tried to turn the matress half waybthrough the night but thos did nothing. We notified staff in reception and hope they heeded our advice to change the matress.
The other problem became aparent at breakfast time. We were told breakfast was up until 11am we came down at 10 am we were left with only toast , a tiny amount of scrambled egg and half a tomato each. When we asked for more to be bought out we were told bybstaff that breakfast finishes at 11 and no more food would be bought out due tonthe time. This should have been made clear that there was a shut of time for fresh food being bought out. So after another 6 people came down for breakfast and were met with the same situation a few things were cooked and bought out but not everthing we wanted was available which ruined breakfas, especially as it was all bought out in bits and pieces so never ate things together like a proper breakfast.
We will not be returning .
