"I was kept fully informed of the check-in procedure (there si no desk), room information and even warnings about local road closures by email from Karen. The room was marvellous; clean, spacious and with a very shiny bathroom. The bed was the best I've slept in for ages and the quiet made for an excellent night's sleep. A lovely touch was the porridge pot and pain au chocolat left out for breakfast. The setting is spectacular; high above Sowerby Bridge with stunning views across the valley. "

"​5/5 Stars: A Hiker’s Dream! We had a fantastic stay at The Rambler Inn, where the hospitality is as warm as the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We loved the unique touch of rooms being named after local trails! "Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10"
