"Upon first entering the reception is nice. It looks to have had a recent refurb. The receptionist was welcoming. We were given a room on the third floor, there is a lift. The layout of the hotel was like a rabbit warren a confusing at times, but we found our way around. Upon entering the room it had a lounge, bathroom and bedroom, which would have been lovely. "Well located hotel in Bradford not far from cheap parking in the Leisure Exchange and with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast on my first morning was very good but on the second morning was plate service which wasn't convenient given the need to get away promptly and considering the numbers before 7am."

"I had a terrible experience. I slept for few hours and when I woke up I was surrounded by an army of bed bugs. My body and face is still swollen from Friday night. This is terrible!"
